Is an estimate the same as a quotation?
No. The protected kitchen estimator uses illustrative sample rates. Staff must check the supplier's approved catalogue, measured quantities, inclusions, exclusions and taxes before issuing a formal quotation.
What measurements should I provide?
Provide approximate cabinet and worktop runs in linear feet if you have them, and attach one plan or photo. Count cabinet runs rather than room floor area. Staff must verify appliance gaps, corners, depths and site conditions.
Is my appointment time confirmed immediately?
The public form records your preferred time. Staff must assign an available surveyor or consultation desk, check its working hours and confirm the request. Requested times do not reserve capacity.
Can I change my material preference?
You can discuss changes with the assigned staff member. The original request snapshot stays intact and follow-up notes record the new preference. A physical sample and an approved specification are needed before a final order.
Does the business catalogue change the estimator?
